History

1992 year
Kiev Joint enterprise was established. Basic business activities: IT industry, systems integration, project work. The main principle – be always on the top of High Tech novelties.

1999 year
Company integration into the European Community.

2001 year
In September was signed the association agreement with the world leader of customs examination equipment manufacture.

2002 year
Distribution is overflowing Ukraine borders.

2003 year
Transformation of Folgat AG from GMBH to Joint-Stock company due to the business development.

2004 year
Company expansion onto the other Hi-Tech spheres: purchase of ITV Ltd. (production of electronic components); founding of strategic partnership with the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (monocrystals).
We’ve made a speech at NATO session «Science in the Fight Against Terrorism» .

2005 year
Start of the business in the field of alternative energy sources on the basis of Hi-Tech materials produced in Ukraine. On the instructions of Ukraine Government under energy savings, FOLGAT AG made a decision to work out a project in the field of alternative energy.

2006 year
Direction of Business Consulting is actively developing. During this work the company closely cooperates with the UN and the European Commission.

2007 year
The establishment of ARARSOL Energias Alternativas S.A. (Lisbon, Portugal) - the company, engaged in the field of designing, supplying and installing of photovoltaic solar systems in the Iberian region.
