AMCU has given its consent for foundation of Polysilicon Production Consortium

Company FOLGAT AG has received the sanction of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to foundation of a consortium for the purpose of manufacture of solar type polysilicon in Ukraine. As partners of the consortium act companies FOLGAT AG and Sunways AG (Germany), and also state enterprise " CREMNIYPOLYMER " (Ukraine). The Production association will carry name Sunways Poly Silicon Consortium with registration in Zaporozhye (Ukraine).
