According to accepted in FOLGAT AG a policy of constant development, we aspire to improve indicators of activity of the company, considering not only economic, but also social and ecological aspects. At development of company strategy and in our current activity, we recognize that the important condition of a sustainable business development is a steady following the principles of social responsibility. EU Green Paper defines corporate social responsibility as «the Concept, where companies on a voluntary basis integrate the social and ecological policy into business operations and their mutual relations with the whole circle of people and organizations, connected with the company». Such approach is accepted by the majority of the countries of the European Union. FOLGAT AG in its activity also adheres to the given concept. The philosophy and marketing strategy of the company are based on the following principles of corporate social responsibility:
